lanpi is a community marketplace where users can buy, sell, and trade plants, seeds, pots, and gardening supplies. By using lanpi you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use lanpi. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. All listings must be for plants, seeds, pots, or gardening-related items. Non-plant listings will be rejected. You must not post dangerous, illegal, or misleading content. lanpi reserves the right to remove any listing at any time.
lanpi charges a 5% platform fee on every completed sale. This fee is deducted from the seller's payout. Prices are displayed in USD; buyers may see an approximate local-currency conversion.
When a buyer places an order, the listing is locked as “Pending Sale.” The seller must confirm shipment and the buyer must confirm receipt before the transaction is marked complete. Disputes can be raised at any time and will be reviewed by an admin.
You may not: harass other users, post spam, attempt to circumvent the platform fee, create multiple accounts to abuse the system, or share another user's personal information without consent.
lanpi may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Banned accounts lose access to all features.
lanpi is a peer-to-peer marketplace and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed item. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers beyond providing the dispute-resolution system described above.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of lanpi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, and email address. When you post a listing we store the listing content including any photos you upload. Chat messages between users are stored to enable real-time messaging.
Your data is used exclusively to operate the lanpi marketplace — to display your listings, enable chat, send order notifications, and process the follow system. We do not sell your data to third parties. For support you can reach us at taal0483@gmail.com.
Your data is stored in your browser’s localStorage and in Google Firebase Firestore. Firebase is a service provided by Google LLC and is subject to Google’s own privacy policies.
Photos you upload for listings are stored as base-64 encoded data in Firestore. Do not upload photos that contain personal identifying information you would not want to be publicly visible.
lanpi uses email & password authentication with a 6-digit OTP code sent via email (EmailJS) for identity verification at checkout. We do not store raw passwords in plain text — however, for maximum security avoid reusing passwords from other sites.
lanpi stores your session and preferences in localStorage. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. The Google Translate widget may set its own cookies; refer to Google’s privacy policy for details.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings (dropdown menu → Delete account). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, listings, and order history from our database.
